Rolling Stone Bio

Dog's Eye View began as a project for
frontman Peter Stuart, who began
performing in Chicago with the group
Monster before moving to New York
and beginning a solo acoustic career.
Stuart eventually began opening for
high-profile groups such as Counting Crows,
Cracker and Tori Amos.
Joining with Fat Lady Sings guitarist
Tim Bradshaw and bassist Dermot Lynch,
as well as session drummer
Alan Bezozi, Stuart formed Dog's Eye View
in 1995, releasing the Columbia
album Happy Nowhere later that year.
Dog's Eye View's sophomore effort,
the enhanced CD Daisy, was released in August 1997.
