| Level 0 spell: Lumos Creates light at the end of caster's wand. Spell duration is about 1 hour. Higher level spells: Cure Light Wounds Heals simple flesh wounds to a maximum of 10 hitpoints (HP). Can be cast 7 times a day. Cure Critical Wounds Heals wounds to a maximum of 20 HP. Can be cast 5 times a day. Remove Disease/Poison This spell attempts to heal any illness. Is as strong as the magic of the caster. Herbs and potions aid in this spell. Badger's Call Summons a dire badger to be a loyal and faithful companion. Badger can take a maximum of 200 HP before dying. Can be resummoned the next day. Badger's Might Target of spell gains endurance and is able to take more hits. Increases target's hitpoint by 10 hitpoints. Can be cast 5 times a day. Return Life This exceedingly difficult spell attempts to pull back a targetted creature from death. Greatly depends on the raw magical power of caster to overcome death's grip and willingness of target to come back to life. Cannot work if target is already dead. Helga's attempts at this spell has always ended in failure, but she refuses to give up. Other weird spells that Helga knows: Bubbles A spray of bubbles emits from the caster's wand. Helga uses this to wash plates. Lesser Levitation Targeted object will levitate. Must be below 5 kg. Heart Reveal This spell can effect multiple targets and causes targets to get in touch with their emotional side. Once cast, they are generally moved to tears about everything because they are extremely emotionally sensitive. Helga enjoys casting this on Salazar and Godric everytime she thinks they are acting too stoic and manly. Duration 1 hour. |
| History: Helga is the oldest of 5 siblings - all girls. She was born and grew up in a Muggle town, therefore she hardly ever used magic - relying mostly on her own abilities. She wants to make friends but having to hide the fact that she is a witch makes Helga uncomfortable when befriending Muggles. She likes to be open with everyone and is a little too trusting. When she meets Godric, Rowena and Salazar she is thrilled at the prospect of finally having a candid friendship. Helga is extremely loyal to those whom she counts as friends and will do anything to keep her friends safe. Although she does not quite like Salazar because he looks down upon her and calls her 'HufflePLUFF' she still regards him as a good, slightly weird and twisted friend. She tries to be optimistic about everything, owing much that she was brought up in a jovial and happy family and her motto in life is 'Never give up!'. Not very original she admits, but that is what she holds dear to. For all her goodness Helga has a slight flaw of being a little dense, esspecially when someone means her harm. She sadly thinks that everyone is nice and good and has a hard time comprehending the extend of evil that lurks in the hearts of some people. But together with her friends she will persevere and they will build something so great that it would last on till today... |
