improvement with that photo and you will know that how fast you are
progressing.

maintain that shape. So add some new goals. Now that you have ideal
shape, set a goal for the perfect shape that you have never imagined you
could attain.

putting so many efforts; you will not let it go at any cost. Follow a
daily routine to maintain what you have attained and thrive ahead for
perfection. Or else you will be back to square 1.
