Syd successfully had a fatty non-malignant lipoma removed from his abdomen on July 28th. Once again, I asked the vet about the lump on his wrist and he said to just keep an eye on it. Because I just felt that something wasn't right, I began posting Sydney's symptoms to a rottweiler enthusiast discussion list on the internet that I belonged to. Immediately, several members told me to get back to the vet and have them do x-rays of the area, that it sounded like osteosarcoma or bone cancer. So I called on July 31st and made an appointment for the very next day to get radiographs (xrays) taken of Syd's right front leg.
