It is with great sadness that I announce to you that The Writers' Corner lost one of its most supportive and faithful contributors. Loyal Wray (Lazerus59) passed away following a short illness. You can view his Memorial page by clicking the thumbnail image.

The Writers' Corner challenges its visitors to write a poem or a few paragraphs around the featured sentence. Use an anonymous name if you wish. Write something silly or serious, then send it to LaraOct7 for posting in the December Issue. Check out the responses for the November challenge. RESPONSES Join us and let's have some fun.
The challenge for December: "He was against telling their children there was a Santa Claus and a tooth fairy. She, on the other hand, didn't want to deprive them of what she believed was their right to experience childhood fantasy."
