The Covenant All residents should receive a copy of the Peachtree Manor Covenant at their closing. This document contains the covenant that must be adhered to by all Peachtree Manor residents. It is essential that you are aware of the items that are covered and abide by them in order to maintain the beauty and value of your community. It contains valuable information on restrictions and other issues that affect you as a homeowner. Some of the items covered are fences, tree removal, on-street parking, garbage can placement, and exterior sculpture. Before you make any changes to the exterior of your home or lot, please refer to the covenant and present a proposal to the Architectural Review Committee. Failure to comply with the covenants may lead to action against you by the Peachtree Manor Community Association.
