Channel 10 - Public Access
Channel 10 has programming produced by Public Access Volunteers. Access Producers hold the rights and take the responsibility of the production. The crew must be made up of only access volunteers from the community that have been certified to use the equipment. All programming produced by Access volunteers is cablecasted on Channel 10.
