Turnover for the Head of the Mission Station
1. Turnover shall be implemented within a minimum period of one (1) month, to give reasonable time for the Incoming Head to familiarize himself with the community, the responsibilities and the area.
2. Turnovers shall be documented in a detailed report to be prepared by the Outgoing Head of the mission station and to be acknowledged by the Incoming Head.
Transparency
and accountability of the Heads of the Mission Stations
1. Acknowledgment receipts shall be issued for all donations, in cash or in kind.
2. Proper recording of receipts and disbursements shall be religiously implemented.
3. Operational and financial reports shall be subject to a regular review by the Provincial Syndic under the supervision of the Provincial and shall be open to the public, especially to donors.
4. Donors shall be informed regularly on the developments of the projects and programs of the Philippine Dominican Missions Foundation, Inc.
Funding Requests
1. Submission of Requests. The proposal shall include the project description, objectives, manpower requirements and projected expenses.
2. Project Requirements.
a. For Infrastructure Projects, the proposal shall include the building plan, bill of materials, projected cost and timetable.
b. For Pastoral Programs, the proposal shall include the objectives, action plans, projected cost and resource requirements (i.e. funds, manpower and equipment).
