Job Description


  1. Release records of outgoing students.

  2. Updates and continously check and follow-up incomplete records and documents of students.

  3. Liaison Officer to the DepEd - submits forms and documents to the division office such as enrollmentlists, school calendars, late enrollees. Form 18. Application for Special Order Number, etc.

  4. Accomodates submission of records of the affiliate school to the Division office: St.Peter Parochial School Dambanang Kawayan Child Learning Center

  5. Attends meetings, seminars, for school registrars and other related seminars and symposium.

  6. Coordinates with the two departments about necessary records and documents needed in our office.

  7. Releases records needed by the two principals, HRD office and RD office.

  8. Records the grades of students in their form 137 every grading period.

  9. Assist parents and students regarding change of names required by the NCR.
  10. Coordinates with the Guidance Councilor about needed necessary documents and discrepancies on student records.

  11. Instruct parents on the update records and requirements of their children.

  12. Submit reports required by departments.

  13. Supervises computerized enroloment system.

  14. Supervises the workload and performance of the two records officers.

  15. Check the names and grades of pupils and students from the Report Cards against the permanent records.

  16. Assists and signs important papers and documents needed by students and parents.

  17. Makes an up to date traking of transferred and graduated pupils and students.

  18. Makes telephone calls regarding business work.

  19. Attends to clients.
