Job Description
- Release records of outgoing students.
- Updates and continously check and follow-up incomplete records and documents of students.
- Liaison Officer to the DepEd - submits forms and documents to the division office such as enrollmentlists, school calendars, late enrollees. Form 18. Application for Special Order Number, etc.
- Accomodates submission of records of the affiliate school to the Division office: St.Peter Parochial School Dambanang Kawayan Child Learning Center
- Attends meetings, seminars, for school registrars and other related seminars and symposium.
- Coordinates with the two departments about necessary records and documents needed in our office.
- Releases records needed by the two principals, HRD office and RD office.
- Records the grades of students in their form 137 every grading period.
- Assist parents and students regarding change of names required by the NCR.
- Coordinates with the Guidance Councilor about needed necessary documents and discrepancies on student records.
- Instruct parents on the update records and requirements of their children.
- Submit reports required by departments.
- Supervises computerized enroloment system.
- Supervises the workload and performance of the two records officers.
- Check the names and grades of pupils and students from the Report Cards against the permanent records.
- Assists and signs important papers and documents needed by students and parents.
- Makes an up to date traking of transferred and graduated pupils and students.
- Makes telephone calls regarding business work.
- Attends to clients.
