General Function
The General Services Head is responsible for the supervisoin and technical services operation, and in the implementation of physical plant policies and functions.
Directing
- Supervises the proper upkeep, effective use, repairs and maintenance of physical plant program.
- Checks regularly the safety and security measures in the campus.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the school.
Evaluating
- Conducts performance appraisal of the maintenance and security personnel.
- Submits to the HRD officer a year-ender evaluation report of the accomplishments, upcoming needs and recommendations for the improvement of thr school's physical plant.
