Research and Development Officer
Job Description
- Prepares performance review of different departments/offices for the annual BOT Report.
- Conducts Student Evaluation of Teachers in support of instruction and other related areas for feedbacking puposes.
- Prepares evaluation tool/instrument for school activities in coordination with concerned departments and offices.
- Builds the data resource regarding enrollment, personnel, students, etc. in coordination with different offices.
- Monitors and documents proceedings of school-related functions and provides feedbacking to school administrators. Ex. Director's Report to Executive Board, Monthly Personnel Meeting (MPMs), BOT Meetings, etc.
- Supervises and coordinates the technical and operational detail of the School Annual, research publication (Infobase), school brochure and other school-based info materials which the school may wish to publish.
- Prepares a summary report of institutional conferences, meetings seminar-workshops, etc. for dissemination to school administrators and concerned departments and offices.
- Presents highlights of school-related activities in the institutional bulletin board for info and advocacy purposes.
- Conducts school-related researches and other data-based activities to assess current institutional development profile and effect the desired performance level of units and services.
- Monitors and coordinates school accreditation proceedings with PAASCU authorities.
