Welcome to Palyul Changchub Dhargyayling, Puerto Rico

All the teachings given by Shakyamuni Buddha are mainly for the purpose of realizing the absolute true nature of mind, of phenomena. Palyul Changchub Dargyeling Puerto Rico Meditation and Study Center is directly under guidance of His Holiness Penor Rinpoche and is honored to have accomplished Dzogchen vajramaster Khenchen ( Head Professor) Khenpo Tsewang Gyatso Rinpoche, as Spiritual Director.
