Event Coordinator (Oct 2004)
I was the coordinator of Automobile Workshop at Shaastra2004 (ISO-9001 certified Annual Technical Festival of IIT-Madras).
Together with my team mate we successfully conducted the workshop in collaboration with Royal Enfield (Eicher Motors Ltd.)
The workshop involved disassembling, studying and reassembling a working motorcycle. The workshop gave hands on experience to the participants and a clearer understanding of the working of a motorcycle.

My role was not only limited to organizing the workshop, but I was also involved in conducting it. I had to clear doubts the participants raised, and at many times explain them the functioning of various parts and systems of the motorcycle.

Core Group Member (Events) (March 2004)
I was the member of the Core Group responsible for conducting Mechanica2004 (The technical festival of Mechanical Engineering Department)
My responsibilities included organizing and taking decisions regarding all the events to be conducted at the technical festival.
Student Secretary (Mechanical Engineers’ Association)
(2003-2004)
I was the Student Secretary of Mechanical Engineers’ Association of IIT-Madras, which conducts industrial trips, organizes co-curricular lectures and encourages an overall participation of students in engineering activities.
Hostel Treasure Hunt Captain
An enthusiastic member of the hostel literary and social activities, I have held the position of Treasure hunt Captain for the Hostel.
Under my captaincy our hostel ranked 1st out of 12 hostels in the inter hostel Treasure Hunt competition.
