Registration can be made by submitting the completed registration form to the organiser with a Cheque/Bank Draft/Money Order made payable to BENDAHARI USM.
Registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference kit, certificate of participation, lunches and tea breaks.
Registration will be confirmed on receipt of the registration fee. Please note that the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
Notification of cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the conference organiser.
