Payola is a punk band from the means streets of San Marcos.  Payola brings the message of the life and thoughts of an agressive, oppressed, and ignored people of the republican filled San Diego area.  All 2 of the Payola members are nomads in their own right, that have seen all sorts of parts of the world and know there is nothing to live for but themselves, they fight the good battle of rising up against those who hase them.

Members

Radical Josh - originally the bassist and founding member of the band, he sings, and plays guitar for The Abrasives.  This son of a bitch wants nothing more in his life but rock'n roll.  Also a pusher for the revolution he wants to start it and claim the land free for those with reason and common sense in their lives.

Crazy Mike - the original guitarist.  Mike sings and play guitar for The Abrasives as well as gets the ladies to come and watch the band play.

Former Members

Steve-O - was the original drummer of the Jokers(Payola).  He is a really good musician, we wish him the best.

Nardo - drummed when Steve-o played guitar, but the he went to jail.
