| We visited Cranberry Lake, New York September 8 - 19, 2000 and also in 1999. We camped in the Cranberry Lake Public Campground, which is part of the Cranberry Lake Wild Forrest in the western part of the Adirondack Mountains, off Route 3. the campground is managed by the Department of Environmental Conservation of New York State. This photo was taken at the beach on our site. We were right on the water. |

| This was our site, # 44. From this shot, taken on the road, you can see that we were right on the water. The site had plenty of room for the dining fly, the tent, the truck and us. We were separtated from our neighbors by some brush and trees so we had a lot of privacy. Most of the sites at the campgrounds are very spacious. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
