Pawprints of Shreveport is a Louisiana club that was formed by a group of people interested in Dog Agility. It has grown to include members in Texas.  We hold two USDAA (United States Dog Agility Association)  and two AKC shows per year, one in the Spring and one in the Fall.

Pawprints has a number of firsts in the world of agility

    In 1997, Pawprints sent several members to varius National agility events.
    Ann Bridges and her Catahoula,Steele, attended the NADAC Nationals. (He was the first of his breed to attend.
  Two other members went to the Border Collie Nationals.
  Pawprints sent a junior to the USDAA Nationals last July, she also competed in the standard classes.

    Our club has had several firsts                    in the Agility world. We had the                    first Afghan Hound to title in                    USDAA. Our current President,                    Joyce Zmek, had the first dog,                    Trooper a Sheltie, ever to win                    the USDAA Nationals. We also                    had the first Catahoula Leopard                    Dog to Title in NADAC and                  ASCA.

Kenneth Tatsch started the USDAA  in 1986 in Texas.
