| During the last 2 years, development of a 3D face editor, implementation of Direct Show playback and recording applications and development od 3D Max plugins. I also worked part time for a Massive Multiplayer Online Game where I developed network routines, AI, and User Interface routines and did part of the game design. Furthermore I was in charge of supervising the graphic artists Before that, development of a huge C++ framework for use in computergames, covering basic algorithms, collections, datatypes, screen indepentend 2D DirectDraw graphic, DirectPlay and DirectSound abstraction, a 3D library based in D3D IM and Artificial Intelligence classes (see special section). Development of MFC Tools related to this framework. Strong experience with organizing groups of programmers, standardization of development environment for programmers and testing and obtaining new technologies and tools for those groups. Extensive experience as a project leader for games. Excellent experience in C++ programming, Intel assembler and the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Some time ago, began learning Linux, Linux programming, SQL and Python in order to enhance my knowledge and capabilites. I work with a Linux System at home which I run as a Web Server. |

| Employment: | Eyematic Interfaces Inc, Los Angeles, CA. I started working at Eyematic as a software developer developing a 3D Face Editor that is to be used from within 3D Studio Max in order to create Avatars for our face animation technology. Later I moved to the team which develops Eyematic's main product Facestation and improved the product by implementing Direct Show technology, replacing old proprietary technology. My last position was deputy of the project leader where I was involved in managing and supervising tasks. |

| Virtual XCitement Software GmbH,Germany. I joined VX as Technical director during the final stage of the development of a 3D action adventure. Later I took over a project which was heavily out of schedule. I reorganized the project and finished it. Then I started to adopt my C++ framework for the special needs of VX. I desigend a 3D library on top of my framework and then supervised our 3D programmers who finished it. During this time I reorganized our programming group, set standards, introduced new tools and tought our employees to work with the new framework. In october 1999 I joined a new programming team as Chief Software Architect. I developed the technical concepts, organized the programmers and worked with the team until the project's successful completion. By now VX Software has practically become a subsidiary of Catan Spiele GmbH. |

| 1993 - 1996: | Blue Byte Software Inc., US / Germany. I joined Blue Byte (a German / US company) during the second half of an ongoing project. After a few weeks of training I joined the Battle Isle 2 team and developed some tool programs. Then I created the complete 2D animation part of the game. In 1994 I started the successor program Battle Isle 3 as project leader and lead programmer. Battle Isle 3 was the first real Windows 95 program. I contacted Microsoft in order to get into the Windows 95 beta program and managed to finish Battle Isle 3 a little earlier than Windows 95, so that we had the first real Win 95 game on the german market. In 1996 I learned C++ and started a first approach to a crossplattform (Win/Dos/Mac) C++ framework in order to introduce C++ programming in our company. |

| During this time I worked as a freelancer for various local customers who I then developed customized Dbase and Clipper applications for. I learned Pascal and later Modula 2. I developed toolboxes for Modula, which were sold thru the Swiss Modula publisher Meier-Vogt. These toolboxes provided windows in textmode, windows and graphics on VGA graphic cards and even rudimentary 3D graphics. I worked as a part time teacher in computer courses (usage & programming) at Volkshochschule Duisburg (a metro-run public school), and studied a few semesters of computer science at University of Hagen. |
