| As of January 2003 I have begun a huge re-construction of this page. Lots of the links don't work yet and I have taken down the ones that were working. There are a few new articles and I have moved some stuff into my office and the lounge (for your comfort!). So, stay as long as you'd like and enjoy! Welcome! I hope you enjoy your visit and learn a few things about forensic pathology along the way. This is an educational site and may deal with some subjects that might offend, so be warned! In the morgue you can perform a virtual autopsy. There is a new case each week, so keep checking back. You can carry out research in the library where you will find links to other pathology sites. Go to school in the Lecture Hall. Learn about many different topics such as: The Robbins Pathologic Basis of Disease tutorial is here, give it a try...more to come of this great tool! Pathophysiology of coronary artery disease Sudden cardiac deaths in athletes Brugada syndrome as a possible casuse of SIDS Auto-erotic asphyxial deaths (a frequently visited page!) Mass disaster indentification techniques Public Health such as fire arm fatalities in children Long Q-T syndrome Assisination of JFK Scene investigation Handguns and Kids- DO NOT MIX A paper detailing the SWISSAIR flight 111 investigation There is loads of cool stuff to learn, and the bulk of the site in located in the lecture hall, so check it out! The Staff Lounge is a place to just hang out and relax, and you may need to do that after a day in the morgue. There are links to interesting places, for fun! Be sure to take the time to enjoy the art! Before you leave, be sure to stop into my office. Excuse the mess, though. You never know what you will find in there. Read my biography and if you feel like it, send me an e-mail. Enjoy your visit! |
