The Store "Fantasy Ice" is located by th food court and Cinimark Theaters in Military Circle Mall (880 North Military Highway, Norfolk, Virginia 23502) The Store phone number is 757-466-0444. Store Hours are from 10:00am to 9:00pm Monday-Saturday and from 1:00pm-5:00pm on Sunday.
