| ~Dairy Queen~ (Theresa and Noah go to the back as Qlinn and Gwen walk in) Qlinn: Where is Ethan? Gwen: He�s out side getting fresh air. Theresa: Oh. We forgot the napkins. I better go get them. Noah: No!!! Here. Take the banana split and I�ll go get the napkins. (Theresa sits at a table as Qlinn goes back into the Dairy Queen.) Noah: Oh no. Not you!!! (He looks at Gwen and Qlinn) Noah: You are that stupid bitch who stole my Popsicles! Gwen: Those Popsicles were meant for us! Noah: They were not! Me and my friend Theresa had them first! Gwen: Theresa? What kind of name is that? Noah: It's a good name! It's better than your name. Gwen: You don't even know my name... Noah: And I don't care... why don't you and your boyfriend get out of here. QLinn: Excuse me!!! I think you best back off. And she isn't my girlfriend. She's a friend. Noah: I don't care. You best stay away from me. Or I�ll beat the crap out of your boyfriend. Gwen: For the second time... Noah: Look, I don't have time for this. My friend is outside. I don't want to keep her waiting. (Outside, Theresa wonders why Noah is taking so long.) Theresa: Where is he? I better go in and see what's taking him so long. (She gets up and opens up the door) ~ The New Harmony Mall~ Kay: How about we go get something to eat first. I'm starving. Jessica: All right. How about the Pizza Parlor? Kay: No, I feel like lobster. Let's go to the Lobster Shack. I think it's next door to sears. Jessica: Which hall do we take? Kay: Hall B3.... we follow the main hall and turn left. Jessica: Wow. This is one big mall, somebody could get lost. Kay: Yeah, well let's go then. (Miguel, sneaking behind a photo booth, sneaks up behind them and follows their every move.) Miguel: I�ve got to get that 50$ off of her. (He followed them all the way to the lobster shack) Cashier: That will be $12.50 Kay: All I have is a 50$ bill. Cashier: I'm sorry we don't have change for a 50. Kay: Hold on. (To a an old woman) Excuse me but do you have change for a 50? Old woman: As a matter of fact. I do... how is 2 20's and 1 10? Kay: That's good thanks. (Kay trades the 50$ bill with the old lady and orders her food) Miguel: No!!! What is she doing? (The old woman leaves the lobster shack and Miguel follows her.) (Miguel stops the old woman.) Miguel: Excuse me miss, can I have that 50$ that woman gave you? You see, that was my wife and she kind of took it from me this morning. You know how wives are. Lady: I don't know... you sound like one of those thieves. Miguel: I'm not trying to steal money from you. It's just that I need.... well there is this paper inside of it and I need it. So if you'd just let me see the 50$ and I'll take the paper.... and you can keep the money. Lady: No!!!! You�re a thief and I'm calling the police! Miguel: No, please! Don't... I don't need any more crap from the police. I'm in enough trouble as there is with them. Lady: Oh. So you are a runaway!!! Police!!! Police!!! Miguel: No!!! You old Hag!!!! Lady: Police!!! ~ Dairy Queen~ (Qlinn punches Noah in the gut) Noah: Ow... (He rolls on the ground in pain) (Qlinn starts kicking the crap out of him) Gwen: QLinn.... Qlinn. That's enough! You'll kill him! Qlinn: All right. You know. Let's just leave. I don't feel like ice ream anymore. Gwen: But Ethan wants a peanut buster. Qlinn: We'll stop at that little ice ream shop next to the market. Gwen: All right. Let's go. (Just as they are about to leave the Dairy Queen, Noah gets up and jumps on QLinn.) Noah: Your going to pay for this. (He punch's him in the face a couple times and picks up a chair and throws it at him... (The manager comes out and sees what's going on) Manager: Stop it!!! Stop it. That's it, I'm calling the police! (The manager picks up the phone and calls the police) (Noah hits Qlinn in the head with a napkin dispenser.) (Then he throws a chair at him) Gwen: Qlinn!!! (Qlinn is knocked out unconscious) Look what you did! I'm calling the police... Manager: No need mam. The police are on their way... (Sirens are heard) Manager: And that's them now. Theresa: (Pushing the door open) What's going on in here? Oh my god! Gwen! Gwen: Theresa? ~The mall~ Miguel: Shut up you old hag. Before I shut you up! Old: No. Let me go!! (Miguel takes the old lady into the photo booth) Miguel: Now give me the damn paper before I do something I'm going to regret! (He covers her mouth as she gives him the 50$ bill.) Miguel: Good!!! Now, you are going to stay in here and wait 2 minutes until I leave. And remember, if you would have just gave me the 50$ to begin with. You would have never got in this situation. (Miguel looks out of the curtain to see if the coast is clear.) Miguel: Good... now that the coast is clear I can... (He turns around and the lady is gone) Where did she go? (He looks out the curtain.) She must have went out the other side! Oh my god! I have to get this 50$ back in my... wait a minute. Where is the 50$? It's not in my pocket. Where is it? Great!!! Just great. Okay... what am I going to do? (The old lady rushes and stops an officer) Lady: Officer!!! There's this young man trying to steal my money. He put me in a photo booth and shut me up. Help me please before he gets away!! Officer: Okay. Take me to where he is. Lady: He's in that booth right there! Officer: Okay, take me to the booth and I'll straighten this out. Miguel: I can't leave this booth. Somebody will see me. Officer: Hey you in there? Are you in there? Miguel: Oh my god. Officer: Young man... I'm going to have to ask you to come out of the booth. I'm going to have to take you down to the office. Old Lady: And by the way. I took that 50$ back from your pocket. Did you really think you'd get away? Officer: Okay, I'm coming in there! ~Dairy Queen~ Gwen: Theresa? Theresa and Gwen: I thought you where dead.... Gwen and Theresa: No. Noah: Theresa? What's going on? (Gwen and Theresa stare each other down as Noah looks confused and Qlinn sits on the ground unconscious. Just then the police rush in and slap the handcuffs on Noah) Cop: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be used against you in the court of law. Noah: But I didn't do anything. Theresa, tell them! Theresa: No. Don't arrest him!!! He didn't do anything... Cop: Are you a witness? Theresa: No. Cop: Did anybody see anything that went on here? Gwen: I did. Manager: And so did I... that young man right there beat up this poor and innocent young man. Theresa: Huh? Oh my god. That's QLinn Goldheart!!! (Gwen and Noah look at her as if she said something wrong) Gwen: Theresa, how do you know Qlinn? Theresa: I... Um. Qlinn: (Coming out of it while sleep talking) Theresa? Is that you? Theresa: (Shocked) Gwen: Theresa.... why is he saying your name? Theresa: I uh. Um... Officer: I'm sorry we are going to have to take him to the police station... the ambulance is on the way to pick up this man. Gwen: Theresa? Answer me... Theresa: Noah... (She follows The police out the door) Gwen: No!!! Don't go out there Ethan is out there... Theresa: What did you say? ~Mall~ (A bunch of policemen and a crowd of people circle around the booth) Police: You have to the count of 10 to come out of the booth, you are surrounded. 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... Miguel: I have to get out of here... Police: 4...3...2...1. We are coming in! Kay: What's going on here? Jessica: Looks like somebody is about to be arrested... let's watch. Kay: WE can't. WE got to go see mom at the hospital in Middleton. Jessica: Alright... (Slurping on her slurpee and carrying a bag) Kay: That dress you got is fantastic... Jessica: I know... it matches my shoes. (The office opens the curtain) Police: You are coming with me!! Miguel: No. I can explain. Let me explain! Kay: That voice... it sounds familiar... (Miguel stands in the booth looking at the crowd of people and all of the police, he spots the old lady standing right behind the officer.) Officer: Let's go little buddy. (The old lady waves the 50$ in his face) (He looks at her and pushes the officer out of the way. He attacks the lady and shoves her knocking her over. The 50$ goes flying in the air) Jessica: Hold on!!! Kay: What? Jessica: I want to get some gum out of this machine. Kay: Okay... (Setting her bag down.) (The 50$ flies into her bag) Jessica: Okay... let's go. Kay: It's weird. I could have sworn that I heard Miguel's voice. Jessica: It's almost 3:30. We better go... (They leave the mall) (Miguel runs out of the mall and the police rush to catch him) (Outside, just a couple feet behind Kay and Jessica, the police hold Miguel back and put cuffs on him) (He falls to the ground us the police hover over him to keep him down.) (Kay and Jessica turn around) Kay: Wow. That guy must have done something really bad. Jessica: Criminals... they make this world what it is today. And that ain't good. Come on let's go home. (The police put Miguel into the police car) Miguel: Please! I didn't do anything... Stay Tuned... |
