Excercise for Radiant Face. It is not only wonder lotions that add body and glow to our features, what is equally required is a healthy dose of facial exercise to achieve these. Following a routine of facial exercise helps in maintaining a youthful look for a longer time.
Do each of the following for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times...you will notice a striking difference!
� To get rid of horizontal forehead lines: Place forefingers gently but firmly sideways against the forehead just above the eyebrows resting the thumbs lightly on the cheeks. Raise eyebrows against the resistance offered by fingers.
� To get rid of vertical forehead lines: Place the underside of your forefinger against the forehead just above the eyebrows. Pull gently towards the temples.
� To get rid of mouth wrinkles: Cup your face in palms with wrists touching and gently pull towards the ears. Hold for a minute, purse lips and whistle as you remove pressure.
� To firm a droopy neck: With your mouth half open, place palms under the jaw and curve fingers around to rest lightly on the cheekbones. Open your mouth against the resistance offered by hands. Alternatively you could place a hand flat on your forehead and the other on the chin. Move your head forward against the resistance of your hands, keeping your shoulders straight and relaxed.
