About Us
The group was originally founded by Eric Kring and Anthony Urias. Both reside in the small town of Fort Stockton Texas which coincidentally is where West Texas Paranormal Association is based. While discussing ghosts and playing darts the two decided to found the West Texas Paranormal Association. They were not sure where to begin, but after watching many episodes of The Ghost Hunters on the sci fi channel they felt they knew enough to begin their own investigation.
Anthony Urias - Founder
Anthony works at the local grocery store in Fort Stockton called IGA or Food basket depending on who you ask. He is an assistant manager and has been working there for over a year. He is greatly involved in West Texas Paranormal Association and is always willing to investigate any type of paranormal phenomena.
Eric Kring - Co-Founder
A recent graduate of Sul Ross State University in Alpine Texas who holds a bachelor degree in Communications with a minor in English. At present he has gone back to school in Alpine to get his teaching certification. When not in school he is helping with the organization and investigations of the West Texas Paranormal Association.
Gayle Ferguson - Researcher
Current researcher with the group. Takes care of everyday office details and emails.
James Lannom - Investigator
Investigator and prop maker. If we need something non-technical he is the guy to contact.
