For those of you who don't know about FS2 let me attempt to describe it. Have you ever bought a fishing programme, taken it home and then found you had completed all its challenges in the first few days or weeks? That will never happen with FS2 ....Why? because FS2 is continually growing and changing as new venues are created for it as well as new tackle, baits and even species!!
A lot of so-called fishing programmes will only allow you to sit at home on your own fishing, not so FS2 ! You can fish online with up to 20 or so of your friends, or join an online 'funfish' and make new friends.Not only can you 'chat' with other users but you will also hear if another fisherman has his line break!!The server also updates you on fish caught by any person on the server ( this option can be turned off for matches ) and will tell you if your particular catch is a record for the venue, peg or even an all-time personal best! There's even a site that tracks all venue and global records so if you do happen to catch that monster you've been after you can let every one know and see your name in the record books.
