Reporting to the QA Manager, candidate will have the following main duties:
Ensure Hfybro's protocols are compliant to RFC specifications
Perform protocol interop testing with partners' SIP based devices
Diagnose protocol issues and offer protocol solutions when performing interop with partners' devices
Assist Tier II Support when issues appear to be protocol related
Assist with general QA duties when time constraints demand
A suitable candidate will be comfortable looking at SIP, RTP and various other
related protocols at a packet level and report standards compliance issues.
Candidate will be able to set up test scenarios with business partners
and have the diagnostic ability to determine where compliance is failing
should an issue be found.
