Curriculum Vitae

Achilles Papadionyssiou was born in Patras (1952). In 1977 he had participated in Amateur Festival of Theatre in Korinthos as a part of the Naturalist Union of Patras. He has been working in the media since 1979, presenting interviews in the Messologian Radio, about Music, Theatre, and Painting with important personalities (such as Karolos Koun, Manos Ketzakis, Dimitrios Myrat, Alecos Alexantrakis, Voula Zoumboulaki, Saranti Karavouzi, Yioulika Sakiridou, Vallia Nelavinski, Spyros Vassiliou, Mimis Plessas, Yiannis Spanos, Georgios Chazinatios and many more).

Since 1991 he has been collaborating with the private television (Tv Channels: Super B, Achaia Channel, ORT, Acheloou and Channel ONE), presenting interviews with famous personalities from Greece (such as Ilias Lalaounis, Stelios Papadimitriou, Niki Goulandri, Spyros Evagelatos, Alexandra Mitsotaki, Stefanos Lineos, Nikitas Tsakiroglou, Lykourgos Kalergis, Marios Ploritis, Theodoros Kritas, Stella Priovolou, Yannis Spartakos, Vassilis Georgiadis, Kostas Bays and so on) as well as personalities from abroad (such as the Nobelist professor Chr. Bernard, professor Andrew Tjakis, Nobelist Gunter Blobel, professor Terry Stivens, the Ambassador - Diplomat Milan Dubcek and the French Academical writer Zaklin De Romiyi).

• 16/12/2003 - ... Significant was characterized the recent interview Milan Dubcek, that was given to the newspaper «Patris» by Mr. Achilles Papadionysiou. Mister Dubcek is a top politician and diplomat and referred to interesting subjects, while he expressed his certainty about the success of Athen's 2004 Olympic Games.
