About the apartments Rákóczi út

Apartments are situated on the Rákóczi Út Street at Pest side, VII district near to the downtown area and very close to the many Gay friendly bars and clubs.

Its gay operated and we take the time to answer all your general and gay related questions about Budapest and gay life into the town. The owners living in the same building and they are not gay guys. Open all year, check-in on agreement. We are always reachable by mobile phone for assistance.

Here we offer you 2 apartments. Every apartment is about 80 sqm on the 3rd floor with hall, kitchen and bathroom. Every apartment is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, equipped with TV and cupboard.

Towels, blankets and sheets etc. are there. At check-in you can get info where to buy tickets for public transport, phone cards, etc. Intercom system is at front door. Free printed gay map, map of town and tourist brochures we are giving you after your arrival.

Apartments are in brick building. Kitchen is provided with fridge, stove, self catering. Bathroom has bathing tub and sink.

The prices are:
40 euro for 1 people
45 euro for 2 people
55 euro for 3 people
65 euro for 4 people

Directions, transfers and distance from gay places

Apartments are very easy accessible. You can take red metro line to the Blaha Lujza square. Also you can use tram 4 or 6 to the Blaha Lujza square station. During the night you can use night bus 6É to Blaha Lujza square station.

You can locate apartments on the Map of Budapest with the marked locations together with the Subway map.

To the Magnum sauna take tram 4 or 6 from Blaha Lujza station to the 3rd station Baross street. To the disco Alibi by tram 4 or 6 to the Ferenc körút station and to Angel disco 10 minutes by walk. To the Action bar you can use tram 4 or 6 to the Baross street station and after take the bus 9 to the second station Kálvin square.

Airport

For transfer from the airport we recommend the Minibus: This is a kind of taxi and they will take you for 2100 Forint per person (approximately EUR 9) from the airport to every address in the center of Budapest. It takes about 35 minutes, as the airport is in the outskirts. You'll find the Minibus desk after you've passed the custom. Seat reservation is not necessary before arrival at the airport. If you already know when you'll need to go back to the airport you may purchase a Minibus return ticket for 3600 Forint.

Train Stations

There are 3 different train stations in Budapest: Keleti (East), Nyugati (West) and Deli (South). If you arrive at Nyugati station take the 4 or 6 tram to the Blaha Lujza square station and after by foot to the apartment. If you arrive at Keleti you can by foot 5 minutes to the apartment, or Deli station take the red metro line until the Blaha Lujza square station.

Parking

Near by the apartment you can to find free parking space on Köztársaság square.

Change Rates & Payment

You need to make reservations in advance. Check-in only on agreement. No credit cards. If possible please prepare payment in EUR. Hungarian Forint HUF is accepted too. We use the change rates that are published on the day of your arrival at the website http://www.xe.com/ucc/. There is a lot of ATM where you can get Hungarian Forints using major cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro etc.

Send us your request at email [email protected] or call us on number +36-30/685-26-43 from aboard or 06-30/685-26-43 inside Hungary. As soon as possible we will send you email to confirm your reservation (latest within 24 hours, but mostly faster). Please wait for our reply and do not request reservations elsewhere. Thanks a lot!
