Mini challenges must be completed by Jan. 30, 2005. You will get 5 points for submitting a mini challenge. They should be posted to the group as messages with "mini challenge #" in the subject. Don't forget to put your name on them.

1. Write a poem about anything in book 1 (at least a half page)
2. Who is your favorite character in book 1, and why (at least 400 words)
3. Make an icon representing something from book one (upload to HP 1 icons photo album)
4. Write a small section of HP 1 from a different character's point of view (not Harry) (at least 400 words)

"You asked me to come directly to you if anyone was wandering around at night,and somebody's been in the library - Restricted Section."..."The restricted Section? Well, they can't be far, we'll catch them."

Harry stood rooted to the spot as Fitch and Snape came around the corner ahead. They couldn't see him, of course, but it was a narrow corridor and if they came much nearer, they'd knock right into him - the cloak didn't stop him from being solid.

What if Snape *had* caught Harry when he was hiding under his invisibility cloak? Write a fic where Snape does catch Harry? It should be at least 800 words and angsty. Upload to the files section by Jan. 30, 2005.
