Following Sydney
Sydney is an alchemist that is ordered to follow Jill Dragomir into hiding for her protection. In the middle of the California desert they settle into a private human Catholic school to protect the Moroi princess with dhampirs posing as relatives. Another moroi makes their way down to the area, moroi elite Adrian.
One of my favorites. It is a great read and really captivates you all the way to the end. I love seeing Adrian become so much more than the rich Moroi Pretty Boy that is seen in Vampire Academy. I feel the same about Sydney coming out of her shell, seeing beyond her Alchemist roots and finally thinking for herself regardless of the consequences.
A spin-off of Vampire Academy a book turned into a movie, this series includes both old and new characters in the same world with new twists and complications. A phenomenal read.
