Welcome to my little corner of the the world!  I'm a fanatic for vivariums and the little creatures that bring them to life.   I started with a 10 gallon vivarium and was hooked!  Within a few weeks, I had set-up another 10 gallon, then a 29 gallon...45 gallon and so on.
NOTE:  I am new to herps and dragons.  Please, if you are interested in setting up a healthy vivarium and keeping pets, check out the links as you go and do your homework!  I started out with the expert help of a family member who has lots of experience in herps and I'm learning as I go with my Chinese Water Dragon (CWD).  NEVER bring a new pet home until you are prepared.  Now...on to the fun stuff!

Issabella (or is the Izzy) hanging around
I designed and set-up all my vivariums myself.  I DID seek knowledgeable help with plant selection and tips on setting up an appropriate environment.  My first vivarium wasn't the best design, so it was soon taken apart and remade.  Please, if you have any suggestions or ideas to add, send me an email!
My CWD
This section is about my Chinese Water Dragon, Issabella (who I think is going to be an Izzy!).  We are currently working on plans for a custom-built, walk-in vivarium.  If you are unfamiliar with water dragons and their upkeep, PLEASE make sure you learn everything you can about them before getting one.  They have very specific habitat, diet and care requirements and they need LOTS of space.  The absolute BEST source of information can be found here.
Issabella it temporarily housed in a 45 gallon tall vivarium.  She is given free access to my den whenever I'm at home, so she really isn't in her viv that much.  I estimate her to be around 6 months old and she's got LOTS of growing to do still!

Her new vivarium is going to actually be a room divider between my kitchen/dining room and my den.  It will be 6-7 feet long, 4-5 feet wide and floor to ceiling.  We are currently trying to decide on the best plan for this set-up, so if you have any suggestions, please pass them along!
