AT THE CROSSROAD
To discriminate against anyone on the basis of his/her background
is a violation of human rights and the denial of the pursuant of
Justice. Under the principle of Alienation,
the individual is disadvantaged because of his/her cultural background. Because of been disadvantaged, he/she is
forced to seek alternative means of supplementing his/her subsistence. Her right to maintain a living – to
prolong life is greater. But Justice
provides him/her a chance to make amends and learn new skills to enable a
career. Having a career improves the
means to maintain subsistence.
But one who is discriminated on the basis of his/her background
will obviously cause it denial of his/her right to Justice, his/her right to
improve the standard of living, but also to contribute to society and the
economy.
It is fair to coerce prospective and or active participants of crimes away from criminal activities, but it's not fair when the coercion discriminates and disadvantage on the basis of his/her background.
Any one or of organizations who move against the denial of justice and human rights to others on the basis of background identification are
themselves involve in criminal activities. This type of movement violates human rights, perverts the cause of justice, is anti-culture, and is more likely to be politically motivated.
It is argued that anyone individual who is employed by the
Law and Justice to counter crimes, but he/she denies the principle of Justice
to another is committing a crime against the very principles of his/her code of trust.
It is possible to resolve prospective and active participants of crimes by drawing a line between discrimination on the basis of background or culture and crime. But for the current proposal only highlights a political struggle.
To deal with the issue at stake is to remove from cultural background identification, to isolate the issue, and to counter the problem. Not the people as a culture.
So then, if a sector of society is distadvantaged by the interactivities of society because of their culture or background, then the issue of crime is clearly inherent of structural organization of economic, justice, and law of society.
To genuinely counter the problem therefore, is to implement social reform; either to promote a culture or equalize distribution away from cultural and background identification.
