SOUTH JUPITER ISLAND BEACH
Photos Of South Jupiter Island Intercoastal Waterway Beach.  Great Ocean Beach Access, Parking And Shaded Beach Areas
View proceeding north up the Intercoastal Waterway from the Jupiter Route 707 Double Bascule Bridge.  The beach area is seen on to the right (east.)

See this location charted.
The southernmost portion of the beach is sandy without shade
Under the water there is a mix of
sandy bottom and sea grass

Snorkeling can be interesting south of this point (between the bridge and the beach.)
  An access walkway to the
Atlantic Ocean beach is located just across the street.  The Atlantic is only steps away!
Further north, the beach is shaded by Cypress Trees.
Watch out for broken glass and sharp shells in this area.
Swim shoes are well advised.

Wakes from the busy Intercoastal Waterway can create some large beach waves.
As seen in this photo, street parking is immediately next to the shaded beach area.
The most notable landmark in the area is this house.  It's located directly across the Intercoastal Waterway channel from the South Jupiter Island Beach.
