Since the First World War, the IR became the business of everybody. You can't open a newspaper, without reading on the front page at least one thing concerning the foreign policy, or the international relations.
I am very interested in the area and studying it in the "Hebrew University" in Jerusalem, which is one of the best in the world in that area.
The IR is an interdisciplinary field. If you want to study it (and I advice you to do so), you have to know about everything.
