08/2008 - The folks at http://www.agdinteractive.com/ have finished a stellar QFG 2 VGA remake! They have done previous work with the King's Quest games, so check them out!
01/2006 - Infamous Adventures are creating a fan-made game based on QFG1 where you get to play the villian!
04/2005 - Silver Sphinx Studios (actually Hero 6) has released a fake April Fool's fan-made game called Hero of Infamous Kingdoms.
2/2002- Fan-made game called Quest for Glory 4 1/2. You can download it as one large 20MB file, or 4 smaller files at about 5MB each at their site: http://66.27.149.227/downloads.asp
02/99- Yosemite Entertainment, has been officially shut down. There will
not be any additional Quest For Glory games. The Coles have created their own company called Transolar
