TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Ms. T.S. Padma was employed by the Foundation for a period of ten months from July 2002 to April 2003. During this period, her interest in the activities of the Foundation was excellent. She was involved in assisting with the editing of our pioneering cross disability magazine "Success & ABILITY", which included writing articles, poems, interviewing people from a cross section of society and also proof reading. She was also part of the computer classes that we conduct for hearing impaired persons and was involved as a team member during the World Cup Cricket for the Blind of which we were co-organisers. However, her main responsibility was the design of our website, which design had to be done keeping in mind the standards upheld by the World Wide Web in making it totally accessible for disabled persons and which duties she carried out diligently. She is creative and dedicated and we were happy to have had her with us.

I wish her the very best in all her future endeavours.
