Testing
When you schedule an appointment, a certified mold inspector will conduct the following test:
1. A visual inspection including basements, crawl spaces and attic.
2. A visual inspection of carpets and upholstery.
3. They will perform moisture content testing of ceilings, floors and walls.
4. Photos taken of visible mold. (upon request)
5. A written report of findings and recommendations.

1. Fiber Optic inspection inside walls.
2. Air sample testing for airborne mold spores.
3. Physical Sample.
4. Carpet and furniture testing.
5. Cultures for lab testing to identify mold type.
