CURRENT RESEARCH  I am presently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Florida International University. My current research is on Spin Polarized Nanoscale BioSensors under the supervision of Dr. Sakhrat Khizroev My interests are in the Nanotechnology area, mainly Magnetic Devices (GMR, TMR), Quantum Electronics and Spintronics in general.  Other areas of interests are: Digital Signal Processing (DSP)  Speech and Speaker Recognition, Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic. My Master's Thesis, supervised by Dr. Kang K. Yen was the development of a "A Speaker Recognition System Using Multiple Parametric Self-Organizing Maps (M-PSOM) ". This paper was presented at the Third International Conference on Information , sponsored by Hosei University, Tokyo, Japan, Nov 29 - Dec 2, 2004 Biomedical Engineering with emphasis in Neurophysiology Wireless and Satellite Communications Digital Systems and VLSI
