Texas considering making
nerdiness a hangable offence
Over the past two months, there has been an increasing amount of political pressure in Texas to make nerdiness an offence punishable by hanging under Texas State law. The proposed legislation would outlaw such practices as wearing suspenders with shorts, using a pocket protector, and spending too much time on the Internet discussing the next Star Wars movie. However, despite much support for this legislation from prominent Texas politicians, it is unlikely it will be passed any time in the near future, as President Bush has been quoted as saying he "just loves that little Urkel kid."
