I also ended up in therapy as a result of the flashbacks. A psychiatrist tried to tell me I was Schizophrenic and gave me drugs.
I didn't take them. I got over it when i realised that there's no shame in having been someone else. No matter what they got up to.
My doctor said it was outside her field of experience. Maybe I should ask her to do the forward to my book. What do you think
