Management is doing things right;
leadership is doing the right things.
- Peter F. Drucker

Jewish Leadership networks officials serving in the top echelons of Jewish organizations, as well as those training for these top positions.

Jewish Leadership may thus be defined as a Jewish administrative think tank for sharing our collective experience, background, and knowledge. Its goal is to improve the administrative functioning of all Jewish organizations.

We define Jewish administrative leadership - the thrust of this forum - as a term that also includes the legislative issues the are faced by Jewish organizations.
