| This is our primary residence. It is a six bedroom, eight bath home on two acres 10 minutes from down town Minneapolis. Amenities include a fully modern kitchen, home theater (10 foot screen), hot tub, sauna, game room (pool, ping pong, air hockey, pinball, darts...), wireless internet access, and much more. We keep a Mercedes S430 and Jeep Grand Cherokee that are available for like exchange. Absolutely no smoking but well behaved pets are welcome. |

| My wife and I are in our early 50's and have recently become "empty nesters". We are entrepreneurs who have had the good fortune of starting and selling several businesses. We have a daughter teaching school in NYC, a daugther singing opera, and a son at Northwestern University. |

| Although our travel schedules are busy we welcome the opportunity to visit places we have and have not been. Of course, NYC is one of our favorites because of my upbringing In New York and our daughter residing now in Manhattan.
