Across the street from the community is a 30 acre park with soccer fields and basketball, vollyball, and tennis courts.
The houses in our gated community share a heated pool.
A five star hotel (Fairmont Princess) is a beautiful 1/2 mile walk in the other direction. Their spa is open to the public and one of the finest in the U.S.
Some of Arizona's best golf courses are only minutes away (Troon North, Greyhawk, Legend Trails, Kierland, TPS) and open to the public.
Sedona, Jerome, and Tuscon are great day-trips with the Grand Canyon being about 5 hours away.
If you prefer shopping and have the advantage of a stronger currency than the U.S. dollar, some of the best shops in Arizona are very close (2-5 miles).
At the end of the day there are not too many vistas that compare with the sunset from our backyard followed by the brilliance of the stars in the desert sky.
Absolutely no-smoking on the property but well trained pets are welcome.
We keep a Jeep Grand Cherokee at the residence (available for like exchange) and a 1967 Corvette (not available for exchange).
