There is an orchard on the property with plum, apricot, fig, lemon and orange trees. The fruit is available for eating or juicing.
The entire house, pool, and hot tub areas were completely renovated three years ago.
Some of the best surfing in the world is ten minutes away (there is a training surfboard available for use). Boogie boarding, body surfing, and just reading a good novel on one of the beaches nearby are common activities. There's even a beach for dogs 6 miles from the house.
During the summer there are polo matches every Sunday afternoon at the Rancho Santa Fe polo grounds and Del Mar race track is in season July-September. Attractions (Sea World, Disneyland, Legoland, Wild Animal Kingdom, and Mexico) are 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours away.
There are four bedrooms and three baths. Absolutely no smoking on the property and well behaved pets are welcome.
In addition the property abuts the horse trail of Rancho Santa Fe which extends 44 miles and is great for short or long hikes.
We keep a BMW 7 series and Jeep Grand Cherokee at this house and they may be available for like exchange.
