Unicorns are mythical animals usually drawn as a white horse with a horn in the middle of its forehead. The Unicorn is also a symbol of purity, fertility and life. It is thought that the Unicorn was pursued to extinction to gain secrets of their powers. A Unicorn is supposed to have magical abilities from birth and that they are able to cure the sick or wounded. They are often shown and reputed to magically appear in the sky and overcome evil. Flowers are supposed to bloom wherever Unicorns touched the earth. The only humans supposedly able to tame the Unicorns are virgins.
