I found this posted on an internet message board and thought it would be interesting to pass along so I dumped it to my hard drive and ... as usual ... never did anything with it. (this has been slightly reformatted and meanings added for clarity:  

 

There are things called homonyms, those things they taught in English class that most of the men and some of the women seemed to have slept thru.

 It's hard enough trying to figure out someone through what they write when (in addition) there is a total disregard for the meaning of words. Whether it's true or not, the appearance of little learning does indicate to the reader that the writer may not be all that bright; and the writer is struck off the list of possibles right at the start by most people.

 There is a difference between...
