SWAT STRIVES TO:

Change attitudes about tobacco by exposing the manipulative techniques of the tobacco industry.
Empower youth to engage and invoke community involvement against the tobacco industry.
Educate decision makers on current local, state and national trends, as well as SWAT initiatives.
Reduce availability and accessibility of tobacco products to youth through passage of ordinances to place tobacco products behind the counter and away from the hands of youth.
Limit youth exposure to secondhand smoke.

All right pay close ATTENTION. Forget what you heard. Despite popular belief, SWAT is NOT, we repeat....is NOT a health club. Just think of us as the Internal Affairs for the Tobacco Industry.

WE EXPOSE Big Tobacco's lies, manipulations, and deceit. Harsh words, we must admit, but we call 'em like we see 'em. SWAT is a youth empowered movement. supported by the youth and run by THE YOUTH. SWAT's mission is to hit BIG TOBACCO where it hurts the most - THEIR POCKETS. They spend millions of dollars on us every year, but for some reason we don't feel special. In fact, we are offended that teens EVERY DAY fall victim to their manipulation.
