| Daily progress report forms (customized) Upper Body (Excel 49k) Lower Body (Excel 49k) Aerobics (Excel 64k) Nutrition (Excel 32k) I've customized the standard forms to use the Excel features of automatically incrementing the weights for me, duplicating the exercise name, and to be easier to follow on a treadmill that counts down from time of zero (not one). The red values are entered by you, the machine does all the calculations. Both the Upper body and Lower body files contain seperate worksheets for weeks 1-4, weeks 5-8, and weeks 9-12 which makes it easy to change up my routine regularly. The aerobics file has seperate sheets for each piece of equipment I use. I take all the aerobic sheets to gym so that I can use whatever equipment is available. NO EXCUSES! On the nutrition sheet, Excel automatically measures my planned meals and flags me if I am missing something. Also I split the 6 carbohydrates into starches and fruits. I really do want to get my recommended "5 fruits and/or vegetables" per day! The standard daily progress reports are available free from Body for LIFE.
