May 6 to July 28, 2001

  1. In the next twelve weeks, I will lose 15 pounds of fat.
  2. In the next twelve weeks, I will gain 5 pounds of muscle.
  3. For the next twelve weeks, I will organize one area of my home per week.
  4. For the next twelve weeks, I will complete one routine domestic task each weekday.
  5. For the next twelve weeks, I will spend five hours per week reading books.

Three unauthorized patterns of action which may hold me back

  1. Inability to stay focused on a goal
  2. Staying up after 10PM
  3. Drinking beer except on Sundays, my free day

Three new patterns of action that will help me reach my goals

  1. Recite my 12 week goals each morning night
  2. Watch only sports and news on TV
  3. Maintain daily time log with priority to-do list
