My 12 week goals
January 29 to April 22, 2001

  1. In the next twelve weeks, I will lose 15 pounds of fat.
  2. In the next twelve weeks, I will gain 5 pounds of muscle.
  3. For the next twelve weeks, I will organize one area of my home per week.
  4. For the next twelve weeks, I will spend three hours per week on career development
  5. For the next twelve weeks, I will spend five hours per week reading (beyond newspapers).

Three unauthorized patterns of action which may hold me back

  1. Poor eating habits
  2. Inability to stay focused on a goal
  3. Drinking any coffee or beer except on Sundays, my free day

Three new patterns of action that will help me reach my goals

  1. Plan every meal in advance
  2. Workout every day first thing in the morning
  3. Tidy up home every evening before bed
