That is a sleepy baby! We gave her a little dessert of formula after her 12:00am feeding, and she slept 'till almost 5:00! She was very hungry when she woke though. Maybe she was just catching up on yesterday's wakefullness. At any rate, we went back to bed, and at 8:30 the doorbell rang. (All three of us were still in bed). I jumped up and answered the door in my pajamas, (or is that pyjami?), it was Mayuho's mother, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew! They had left for Hitachi at 6:00, thinking the roads would be crowded with people heading off for one last excursion during the New Year's holiday. They ended up making the three and a half journey in a little over two! So, a sleepy Burke family welcomed them in gladly. We talked for a while, and they gave us many presents, like the hat and bib you can see to the left here! So cute!
But as usual, Kylie just kept on sleeping. She loves it! And she is so good at it! |
